Infographic: Why You Should Buy ‘I Love Charts: The Book’

There are many, many places to get your kicks on the internet. One of my favorites is a tumblr site run by Jason Oberholtzer and Cody Westphal- I Love Charts. It’s always funny, informative, or both. And I’m apparently not the only one who feels that way. Their little corner of tumblr is popular enough that they’ve compiled their work and turned it into a book, which can be purchased here. Why am I telling you all of this? Aside from the fact that I Love Charts is a whole barrel full of fun, I’m fortunate enough that something I created will be in the book. And I’m pretty stoked about that.

To make it easier on my readers still debating whether or not to buy the book, and in the spirit of the occasion, I’ve created an infographic illustrating why you should buy I Love Charts: The Book.

  1. Haha I will have to give this book a look, I just bought the Bergman book Images the other day. Speaking of Bergman, I also managed to complete my first ever infographic the other day, which I posted on my site in your honour. You are a genius and an inspiration, sir, and I’ll keep admiring your many infographics.

Getting back to the subject, I will probably buy this book since you make a very convincing argument and it does look like a ton of fun.

  2. That’s awesome! I’ll put this on my to-buy list.

  3. Interesting! I’ll check it out!

Congrats on getting into a book. Once, I was used as a footnote in a work of history. It had a picture of a nude woman on the front. My parents were very proud. Ha.

I’m definitely going to check this book out.
